WHO WE ARE

CINESPACE is a not-for-profit that aims to empower multicultural filmmakers to create with agency.

Proudly founded in Melbourne's West in 2016, CINESPACE collaborates with artists, community and industry partners to work towards meaningful representation and greater agency in the Australian film, television and content sector.

WHAT WE DO

RESIDENCY is our flagship program, offering a 3 month residency for multicultural filmmakers to create screen projects.

CINESPACES's RESIDENCY program offers creative teams exclusive access to essential screen resources including a studio workspace, production equipment, post production facilities and industry support and networks.

RESIDENCY is free to apply and open to all Victorian CALD, BIPOC and First Nations artists.
