ABOUT US

Cinespace supports the Victorian screen industry and Australian screen culture, ensuring that it is representative of the broader inter-cultural community.

We work to create greater cultural diversity on screen and behind the scenes.

Established in Melbourne's West in 2016 as a a non-profit incorporated association, Cinespace collaborates with people from First Nations and culturally-diverse and under-represented communities across Victoria through a variety of programs to develop skills, produce work, and build communities and creative careers.

We are recipients of Triennial organisational funding from Maribyrnong City Council Arts & Culture from 2021-2023, and proud to contribute to the vibrant creative communities of Melbourne's West.

We are also an organisation-in-residence in 2021 and 2022 at the Footscray Community Arts Centre, and acknowledge their kind support.

Our Address is 45 Moreland Street Footscray VIC 3011 and phone is +61 3 9362 8892

We acknowledge the people of the Kulin Nations as the traditional owners of the land on

which we live and work.
